행복한 온오프 세상살이

God in His mercy wills that I be saved.
자비로우신 하느님은 내가 구원되기를 뜻하신다.

1 I need but look upon all things that seem to hurt me and with perfect certainty assure myself, "God wills that I be saved from this," and merely watch them disappear. I need but keep in mind my Father's Will for me is only happiness to find that only happiness has come to me. And I need but remember that His Love surrounds His Son and keeps his sinlessness forever perfect to be sure that I am saved and safe forever in His arms. I am the Son He loves. And I am saved because God in His mercy wills it so.
1. 나는 단지, 나를 해치는 듯한 그 모든 것들을 바라보면서 완벽한 확신으로 “하느님은 내가 이것으로부터 구원되기를 뜻하신다.”라고 확언하고, 그것들이 사라지는 것을 보기만 하면 된다. 나는 단지, 나를 위한 아버지의 뜻이 오로지 행복임을 마음에 간직하기만 하면 된다. 그러면 오로지 행복만이 나에게 와 있음을 알게 된다. 그리고 나는 단지, 하느님의 사랑이 당신의 아들을 감싸고 있으면서 그의 죄 없음을 영원히 완벽하게 지켜주고 있음을 기억하기만 하면 된다. 그러면 내가 구원되었으며, 하느님의 품속에서 영원히 안전함을 확신하게 된다. 나는 그가 사랑하시는 아들이다. 그리고 나는 구원되었으니, 자비로우신 하느님은 그렇게 뜻하시기 때문이다.

2 Father, Your holiness is mine. Your Love created me and made my sinlessness forever part of You. I have no guilt nor sin in me, for there is none in You.
2. 아버지, 당신의 거룩함은 저의 거룩함입니다. 당신의 사랑이 저를 창조하여서 저의 죄 없음을 영원히 당신의 일부로 만들었습니다. 제 안에는 죄도 죄의식도 전혀 없으니, 당신 안에 그것들이 전혀 없기 때문입니다.

연민을 통해서, 비난하기보다는
이해하려는 욕구가 생겨납니다.

<Along the Path to ENLIGHTENMENT_August 23>

Now will I seek and find the peace of God.
지금, 나는 하느님의 평화를 구하여 발견하겠다.

1 In peace I was created. And in peace do I remain. It is not given me to change my Self. How merciful is God my Father, that when He created me He gave me peace forever. Now I ask but to be what I am. And can this be denied me, when it is forever so?
1. 평화 속에서, 내가 창조되었다. 그리고 평화 속에, 나는 여전히 남아 있다. 나는 나의 자아를 바꿀 수 없다. 나의 아버지 하느님은 나를 창조하실 때 평화를 영원히 주셨으니, 얼마나 자애로우신지. 지금 나는 단지 나의 정체로 존재하게 해달라고 요청할 뿐이다. 나의 정체가 영원히 그러하거늘, 하느님이 나의 요청을 거절하시겠는가?

2 Father, I seek the peace You gave as mine in my creation. What was given then must be here now, for my creation was apart from time and still remains beyond all change. The peace in which Your Son was born into Your Mind is shining there unchanged. I am as You created me. I need but call on You to find the peace You gave. It is Your Will that gave it to Your Son.
2. 아버지, 저는 지금 당신이 저를 창조하실 때 제 것으로 주신 평화를 구합니다. 그때 주신 것은 분명 지금 여기에 있을 것입니다. 저의 창조는 시간과 무관하였고, 지금도 여전히 모든 변화 너머에 남아있기 때문입니다. 당신의 아들은 평화 속에서 당신의 마음 안으로 태어났으며, 그 평화는 지금도 변함없이 빛나고 있습니다. 저는 당신이 창조하신 그대로입니다. 제가 그저 당신을 부르기만 하면, 당신이 주신 평화를 발견할 수 있습니다. 당신의 아들에게 평화를 준 것은 바로 당신의 뜻이었기 때문입니다.

자부심pride에 대한 해독제는 중요성, '정당성', 되갚음, 비난에 탐닉하는 것,
혹은 찬양을 구하는 것과 같은 위치성 대신 겸손함과 온전성을 선택하는 것이다.

성취에 대한 모든 영예는
에고가 아닌 내면의 신성Divinity의 현존Presence으로서 신에게 돌려지며,
따라서 성취는 취약한 자부심이 아닌 감사와 기쁨을 낳는다.

 
The antidote to pride is to choose humility and integrity instead of a positionality such as being important or right, getting even, indulging in blame, or seeking admiration.
All credit for accomlplishment is given to God as the presence of the Divinity within instead of to the ego;
therefore, accomplishment results in gratitude and joy rather than vulnerable? pridefulness.

따라서 성취는 취약한 자부심이 아닌 감사와 기쁨을 낳는다.
